IDIOM
Circatec will develop IDIOM Decision Models to generate the decision engines and, using the IDIOM Forms Builder, Circatec will build your browser based forms. We will also work with your developers to specify the interface to your Enterprise System.
XSOL
Working with your business units Circatec will develop the XSOL Automation Models and will build your specific screens and worksheets. We will also build the XSOL Automation calls to your Enterprise System and work with your developers to specify the development of the XSOL interface.
Process Mapping and Documentation
Circatec uses XSOL Mapping extensively and will assist in the conversion of existing documentation into XSOL models. We will facilitate process improvement workshops, capturing the changes to business processes to generate up-to-date procedural models and documentation.
Implementation
Circatec provides a full range of implementation services – in every case tailored to your specific requirements. We take into account the skill and availability of your internal resources and will develop an appropriate implementation package.
Training
If you purchase the IDIOM or XSOL suites we will train your staff in the use of the software. If we develop applications for you, and you require assistance with end user training, we will develop training courses on the applications we created in IDIOM or XSOL Automation.
Support
First line support for both IDIOM and XSOL is provided by Circatec. Where necessary we have full access to IDIOM and XSOL technical teams.
